1. HMI? Household – 2009 Report Roger Bohn, James Short
The goal of this project is to create a “census” of the world’s data and information in 2008. How much was created, of what types, and what happened to it? We build on several previous reports, but use our own very different definitions and measurements.

2. Healthcare Case Study Jack Rockart
This case study looks in detail at the factors driving healthcare data and information growth in hospitals. The case study draws on interviewing data from the HMI? Executive Interviewing project.

3. Global Mobile Elizabeth Fife
This project reports on an annual, international survey of adoption and use patterns of mobile phones, including device types, adoption patters in voice and data services, and changing consumer use.

4. HMI? Enterprise – 2009 Report Roger Bohn, James Short
